The product draws inspiration from the arcades and Roman columns of European Neoclassical architecture, as well as the graceful forms of Southeast Asian plants. The headboard features a sequence of four continuous arched units arranged horizontally as its visual centerpiece, embedded with flowing lines reminiscent of veins on a banana leaf—blending the orderliness of architecture with the gentleness of plants. The posts capture the proportions and structural order of Roman columns while simplifying traditional carved ornamentation. This ensures the overall piece retains a vintage charm without feeling overly heavy or ornate, catering perfectly to the ceiling heights and spatial requirements of modern homes.
In terms of material selection, the frame, legs, and posts are crafted from FAS-grade North American ash wood, creating a sturdy, durable visual presence through the wood’s refined grain and warm touch. The headboard incorporates a fine, matte woven texture to contrast with the solid wood—soft against hard, matte against glossy, dense against sparse—significantly improving visual layering. Two understated colors—Twilight Brown and Serene Black—are available, maintaining a vintage yet restrained visual character. In addition, all surfaces are finished in eco-friendly lacquer.
