YUN XI SHU YUAN

This project is located in the central urban area of Hengshui City, Hebei Province, bordering Yucai South Street to the west, with a total land area of 28,568.27 square meters. The design adopts a holistic urban perspective, striving to create a pleasant urban interface and a harmonious skyline profile. The planning fully integrates the surrounding environmental conditions, forming a well-proportioned and dynamic spatial configuration. Centered around a central landscape garden, the scheme establishes an overall layout structure of "one core, two axes, and multiple nodes." The site adapts to the topographical feature of being higher in the west and lower in the east, seamlessly connecting with the height of adjacent buildings to form a coordinated and unified spatial relationship.
The architectural style is modern and elegant, adopting a public-building-oriented design language for the residential facades, adhering to the principle of "simplifying the form while meticulously crafting the details." The facade composition is dominated by horizontal lines, endowing the building with a dynamic and innovative character. Vertical lines extending from the bottom to the top converge at the roof, forming a distinctive double-eaved design that further enhances the layering of the facade. Materials such as aluminum panels, stone, and high-end metallic paint are used to exude quality and a sense of prestige. The color palette is centered around classic off-white and cool gray, with accents of champagne gold in select areas. Through the clever combination of these three tones, a low-saturation, high-grade color system is achieved, ultimately creating an overall sense of sophistication in the building's exterior.
