Built on a three-layer foundation, the mattress features a skin-friendly pressure-relief top layer, a lumbar-support and spine-alignment core layer, and a durable base support layer. The core layer uses jute as its primary material, offering a resilient, lightly elastic, and stable experience. Complementing this are three optional modular inserts, allowing users to tailor the feel to their individual needs: slow-rebound memory foam for effective localized pressure distribution, 8CC 3D material for enhanced breathability, and mini pocket springs that reduce disruptions caused by tossing and turning through individually encapsulated units. This modular system lets users adjust the mattress according to body weight, sleeping position, and current physical conditions, breaking free from the rigid limitation of traditional mattresses, and ensuring precise contouring to the natural curvature of the spine along with robust, stable support. Practicality and convenience are further enhanced by a perimeter zipper, which enables users to independently remove and wash the cover, as well as to swap out internal components with ease. A transparent side window offers a clear view of the internal spring structure, reinforcing consumer trust through visual honesty.
The mattress is manufactured using a 100% glue-free heat-pressing process for its jute core, eliminating the health risks and environmental impact associated with industrial adhesives. Beyond this clean manufacturing process, jute is a fast-growing natural plant and is fully biodegradable, embodying a deep commitment to sustainability. Furthermore, jute’s unique hollow octagonal fiber structure promotes airflow and rapid moisture-wicking. It naturally creates an inhospitable environment for dust mites and bacteria, providing excellent antimicrobial protection without using chemical additives.
