Morris flower is an original flower pattern curtain that integrates multiple innovative processes such as suspended clean production, physical black filament layer shading, and maternal and infant-level safety standards. Inspired by William Morris's classic flower art and French vintage aesthetics, natural flower elements are skillfully incorporated into the design through thoughtful layout. The original flower pattern is paired with French vintage lace trim, preserving decorative details while avoiding visual clutter. With low-saturation colors that balance vintage and modern tones, it creates a poetic atmosphere for the living space.

The industry's first suspended clean production line enables the fabric to be transported entirely in the air from cutting to the finished product, preventing ground contamination. Before shipment, an additional 30-minute deep health water wash process removes loose fibers and production residues, ensuring that the product is "ready to hang straight out of the box", and solving the traditional pain point of having to wash and air curtains after purchase. A built-in RFID chip traceability system, combined with a visual customization system, allows users to track the order status in real time, enhancing transparency and convenience in customization.

The physical black filament layer shading technology achieves a measured shading rate of 100%, with no risk of coating degradation or odor release. Combined with high-temperature and high-pressure steam setting at 120°C and a zero-formaldehyde, zero-glue process, the curtain maintains lasting and crisp pleats and eliminates chemical residues such as formaldehyde at the source. The fabric meets the national Class A infant-grade standard, and according to inspection certifications, 18 harmful substances including formaldehyde, carcinogenic aromatic amines, and fluorescent whitening agents have not been detected. The antibacterial and anti-mold rate exceeds 99%, providing reliable protection for maternal and infant health, sensitive individuals, and humid environments. The eco-friendly yarn-dyeing process colors the yarn at the source, ensuring colorfastness and durability while being more eco-friendly than traditional printing and dyeing methods. Coupled with a zero-pollution production process, the product's service life is extended by more than 30% compared to ordinary curtains, reducing resource consumption and environmental pollution at the source.
