The design of this villa is based on the core concept of "modern minimalism as the backbone, oriental Zen as the soul", aiming to create a high-end residential work that combines international aesthetics and oriental living philosophy in the urban low-density residential area.
The exterior of the building is stacked in a staggered manner with pure white blocks, and the boundaries between indoors and outdoors are dissolved through a large glass curtain wall, allowing the natural light at dusk and the indoor heating lights to intertwine into a flowing canvas of light and shadow. In the courtyard, black pine, lawn and linear lighting form a simple and elegant landscape layer, creating a quiet and relaxed sense of homecoming ceremony.
The interior space continues the minimalist tone of the building, with off-white and dark brown as the base, and builds an open and transparent sense of field through the design of no main lights, floating ceiling and natural stone. the integrated layout of open guest, dining and kitchen meets the social needs of contemporary families; The caramel modular sofa serves as the visual center, balancing the coolness of the space with the warm texture of suede. The tea room space is implanted with oriental slow life scenes with wooden Bogu frames, plain gauze curtains and framed green plants, achieving a balance between modern functions and traditional artistic conception.
The overall design not only meets the quality and comfort of high-end living, but also conveys the aesthetic proposition of "less is more" and the oriental living wisdom of "unity of nature and man" in the details, which is an ideal living model for contemporary urban elites.
