The project occupies a northwest-facing third-floor residence where morning and evening sunlight, along with lush treetop views, create a natural visual filter for the home. With the family of four valuing quietude and personal space, the designer established nature as the conceptual foundation, extracting earth-tone hues to form the “creamy mocha” palette. Soft gradients, rounded curves, and layered lighting shape an atmosphere that allows residents to release tension instantly upon returning home.
The spatial planning emphasizes openness, daylight, and intuitive circulation. The CNC-crafted entry feature introduces the ripple motif; the curved living-room ceiling softens the beam structure; and the perforated TV wall at the private area entry creates a floating effect. These three “waves” extend from the foyer to the bedrooms, forming a cohesive visual overture. The interplay of light, curves, and mocha tones builds a slow, gentle rhythm, like the calmness of morning light, crafting a home that is serene and warm.
