Jianfa Yunhu City

This design takes "the essence of life" as its core philosophical concept, creating a modern dwelling where nature and humanity coexist in symbiosis. Rejecting formulaic expressions, the design extracts its philosophy from daily rituals, masterfully integrating the aesthetic of ink-wash paintings with modern sensibilities through precise material selection, light manipulation, and spatial flow. A low-saturation color palette forms the foundation, enriched by textural materials like natural stone, woven linen, and leather to cultivate a warm yet restrained ambiance. Spatial boundaries are intentionally softened: an open-plan layout seamlessly connects the foyer, living room, and viewing balcony, drawing the outdoors inward. The study and family room employ modular storage systems and artistic installations to metaphorically embody the concept of "collecting time." Collectively, the design employs a poetic yet functional language to redefine the home as an emotional vessel.

Integrated Living Hub: The interconnected living room, dining area, and kitchen serve daily routines and social gatherings, facilitated by fluid sightlines and shared functionality.
Dedicated Leisure & Connection Zones: The study and family room provide distinct spaces for recreation, entertainment, and meaningful interpersonal connection.
Tailored Private Sanctuaries: Bedrooms are meticulously customized to occupant profiles: the master suite fosters serene repose, the boy's room expresses individuality, and the guest room integrates natural elements.
Optimized Spatial Efficiency: Strategic zoning and functional overlap maximize space utilization while elevating the overall quality of life through intuitive design.
