With the rising incidence of abdominal diseases, traditional and minimally invasive surgeries still face challenges including significant trauma, postoperative infections, prolonged recovery, and visible scarring, adversely affecting patients' psychological well-being and quality of life. To address these issues, we have developed China's pioneering single-port laparoscopic intelligent surgical terminal, featuring exceptional minimally invasive properties, enhanced safety, cost-effectiveness, superior aesthetic outcomes, and reduced postoperative pain.
As the nation's first integrated single-port surgical platform, it minimizes tissue damage and accelerates healing while overcoming the technical challenge of rapid lens switching during procedures, ensuring efficient operation. The system integrates four essential instruments - vascular clamps, scalpels, tissue scissors, and a HD camera - into a unified 7-degree-of-freedom platform that eliminates instrument interference. Its biomimetic robotic arm with intuitive motion patterns compensates for surgeons' physiological blind spots, precisely translating wrist movements to instrument tips. The dual-lens 3D vision module provides 10-15× magnification with real-time imaging feedback for optimal visualization.
Our proprietary quick-connect coupling system enables flexible adaptation to various robotic arms for different pathologies. Constructed with medical-grade PMMA and precision stainless steel components, the system combines durability with eco-friendliness. Its compact design meets modern OR requirements while supporting both remote and real-time control capabilities, advancing minimally invasive surgery toward intelligent, widespread adoption.
Standardized Surgical Workflow:
The system initiates with automated activation and self-check, followed by sterile barrier installation. After precise alignment with the incision, real-time imaging enables electrosurgical functions. Pneumoperitoneum establishment precedes comprehensive 3D visual exploration, allowing remote-controlled procedures under stereoscopic magnification. The procedure concludes with dual-lens cavity inspection, instrument withdrawal, pneumoperitoneum release, and wound closure - forming an optimized surgical cycle that enhances precision while minimizing trauma.
This innovation represents a significant milestone in China's medical device development, delivering a sophisticated yet practical solution that combines surgical excellence with patient-centered care through integrated engineering design, aesthetic optimization, and clinical utility.
