This electric stirrer integrates visual monitoring, robust safety, automated programming, high-capacity processing, and digital integration into a cohesive system. It delivers a precise, efficient, and large-volume stirring solution for laboratory R&D and pilot-scale production.
The stirrer is equipped with a 3.5-inch HD color display for real-time monitoring of core parameters, including rotation speed, time, forward/reverse direction, torque, and temperature. Its intuitive stepless control knob and programming interface facilitate effortless, efficient operation. For enhanced integration, optional RS-485 communication and software remote control capabilities allow for seamless connectivity within modern digital laboratory ecosystems.
In terms of performance, the stirrer offers a wide speed range of 20–2,200 rpm with smooth low-speed startup, capable of handling volumes up to 250 liters. The 10-segment programmable control allows for complex speed-time-direction profiles and forward/reverse interval modes, automating intricate processes without constant manual intervention. Power-off memory prevents data loss during outages, while a built-in temperature sensor and an automatic anti-tip shutoff mechanism on the motor head ensure both process accuracy and operational safety.
Embracing a minimalist, elegant aesthetic, the stirrer combines soft-radius contours and a premium black-and-silver finish to evoke a high-tech, professional visual identity. The top-mounted perforated structure and heavy-duty lifting bracket facilitate quick impeller insertion, height adjustment, and rapid disassembly, enhancing operational convenience without compromising visual appeal.
