Conceived as a modern luxury residence, this project redefines everyday living through comfort, refinement, and a sense of retreat. Designed for a couple with demanding entrepreneurial lifestyles, the home was envisioned not merely as an expression of luxury, but as a sanctuary that offers relaxation, care, and meaningful daily rituals.

A sophisticated palette of decorative moldings, fluted panels, metal accents, large-format stone-look surfaces, lacquered glass, bronze mirrors, and coated glass creates a layered yet elegant atmosphere. Through careful orchestration of light, proportion, and materiality, intricate details are transformed into a light and harmonious spatial language.

One of the project's defining features is the seamless dialogue between the interior and its surrounding landscape. Overlooking a lush urban park, the residence embraces nature as an integral design element. In the dining area, a large-format porcelain slab featuring a forest-inspired motif echoes the greenery beyond the windows, while soft lighting and metallic detailing enhance the connection between indoors and outdoors. Despite its compact footprint, the residence achieves an impressive sense of openness, sophistication, and resort-like tranquility.
