The Level VI Adaptive SR Drive System significantly reduces losses in power switching tubes during conduction and switching processes by adopting advanced adaptive synchronous rectification control technology, which accurately manages the turn-on and turn-off timing of the transistors during power conversion. Compared with conventional asynchronous rectification solutions, this system notably decreases the typical temperature rise in the synchronous rectification stage, effectively preventing localized overheating caused by concentrated heat and alleviating hot-spot issues commonly encountered during prolonged operation.
This improvement not only enhances the system’s ability to operate continuously and stably in high-temperature or limited heat dissipation environments but also reduces heat generation during standby and low-load conditions due to its high conversion efficiency even under light loads. From an overall thermal management perspective, the system achieves more balanced temperature control by optimizing loss distribution and heat transfer, thereby improving the product's thermal balance and long-term thermal stability, and providing effective support for high-efficiency, high-reliability power supply designs.
