Leveraging the ecological resources of the Xingfu Forest Belt and the premium product DNA of JINMAO's “TANG Series,” it centers on the core positioning of “a holistic, uncompromisingly fulfilling life.” This project creates a spatial blueprint for urban elite families, blending aesthetic sophistication with the warmth of everyday living. As JINMAO's flagship urban strategic project, the Xingfu Xiaotang first launch area implements the “From Dwelling to Living” upgrade philosophy throughout its Soft Furnishing Project—the critical vehicle for product execution.

Unit sizes range from 108-138㎡, featuring full-lifecycle layouts with multifunctional spaces including living rooms, dining areas, master bedrooms, and children's rooms. Soft furnishings must harmonize modern luxury aesthetics, family-centric functionality, and eco-friendly living environments, achieving a triple unity of spatial beauty, practical utility, and emotional resonance.
