Soft Decoration Design，OCT Hongfang · Yun'an, Wuhan

This work is the soft furnishing design for the community clubhouse of Phase II of Hongfang·Yunan, Overseas Chinese Town (Wuhan). Located within the actual scene demonstration area of Phase II of Hongfang·Yunan in Qingshan District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. It was fully completed and opened to the public for display in October 2025.
Based on the project being a high-end community built along the river, whose target clientele consists of elite groups pursuing upgrading and transcendence while embodying humanistic sentiments and sophisticated aesthetics, the design takes Wuhan's profound "river culture" as its creative core and "avant-garde art" as its expressive approach. It integrates high-luxury hotel experiences and Shanghai-style exquisite charm into the community clubhouse environment, creating an all-age community living scenario that meets the needs of social networking and leisure and entertainment.
The biggest highlight of this work lies in its in-depth integration with regional cultural context and residents' spiritual sentiments through the narrative expression of artistic aesthetics. Art installations such as "Dragon Gate · Leaping Waves", ice-cracked crystal glass screens, and mother-of-pearl inlay paintings interpret the vivid charm and sparkling radiance of the river; thematic floral arrangements and blooming flower paintings symbolize the prosperous vitality and romantic artistic conception of the river city. Centering on the two core imagery of "river water" and "blooming flowers", the soft furnishing design unfolds various artistic expressions with a distinct and vivid theme. It endows the beautiful space with deeper humanistic connotations and heritage, offering residents a spiritual enjoyment that blends scenes with emotions.
