TCDC Office

This project redesigns TCDC’s office into a disciplined yet raw creative workspace. By preserving exposed beams, textured plaster, and stone-like surfaces, the design embraces material authenticity while introducing linear lighting, long workstations, and modular partitions to establish order. Soft daylight enters through glass partitions, creating a calm gradient between meeting rooms and open areas. A full-height display wall showcases awards and publications, forming an archive of cultural achievements. Rather than decorating, the space reveals the process of creation—unfinished textures and visible systems becoming metaphors for ongoing experimentation.
