This design integrates technology, environmental protection and humanistic care to create a multi-functional experience space. The en-trance is a white-toned reception hall with golden decorations. In the center, there is a display area of the property model, and it is close to the reception desk for convenient consultation. The interior is equipped with a leisure area, a negotiation area and a children's area. Corridors connect all areas to ensure smooth movement.
In terms of technological application, the exhibition area is equipped with electronic screens to dynamically display project infor-mation, and the negotiation area is set up with intelligent interactive devices. The intelligent lighting system automatically adjusts the light environment. In terms of environmental protection design, it adopts marble flooring, low-formaldehyde paint, arranges green plants to puri-fy the air, and is equipped with a rainwater recycling system.
Comfort is reflected in the soft seats, coffee and tea service, and children's play area. Humanistic care is presented through interactive experience installations, artistic decorations and barrier-free facilities, allowing customers to feel the living atmosphere and cultural ambience.
The overall design creates a sales space that combines modernity and warmth through scientific layout, intelligent technology, green ma-terials and humanized details.
