The system can precisely control temperature, pressure, and time—the key factors affecting dyeing and printing quality—ensuring that high-performance fabrics retain their unique physical properties during dyeing and printing. Through high-precision sensors that monitor temperature and pressure in real time, it maintains a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃ and a pressure control accuracy of ±0.02MPa, while also precisely regulating the dyeing and printing duration. The dyeing and printing processes optimized by intelligent algorithms reduce the defective rate by 20% and increase production efficiency by 25%. In addition, the system adopts environmentally friendly dyes and processes to keep dyed and printed fabrics environmentally friendly. Compared with traditional processes, it reduces the usage of environmentally friendly dyes by 30% and wastewater discharge by 40%, significantly alleviating environmental pollution.
In terms of color control, the system uses high-precision color sensors and an advanced color management system to accurately identify and match various complex colors, achieving a color reproduction rate of over 95%.
