The Industrial Centrifuge Equipment Energy Efficiency Simulation and Calculation Platform is a cloud computing software that integrates equipment basic data management and energy efficiency simulation calculation. It employs object-oriented programming technology and ensures the security of access interfaces through complex encryption measures, thus boasting high system security.
As a platform built on a distributed cloud computing architecture, it integrates microservice and containerization technologies, supporting high-concurrency computing and elastic resource scheduling to quickly complete energy efficiency simulations across multiple scenarios. After incorporating machine learning algorithms such as neural networks and genetic algorithms, the platform can automatically optimize operating parameters of centrifuges, including rotational speed, temperature, and feed rate. This significantly enhances the accuracy and efficiency of energy efficiency analysis, with the simulation error rate controlled within ±2%.
Meanwhile, the platform is compatible with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) protocols, enabling real-time collection of equipment operating data and dynamic interaction with simulation models, thereby forming a complete closed loop of "data-simulation-optimization". In terms of data security, it adopts end-to-end encryption technology, combined with the RBAC permission model and blockchain-based evidence storage, to ensure the security of data throughout its entire lifecycle, meeting the Level 3 requirements of the Cybersecurity Classified Protection 2.0.
The platform is equipped with a built-in 3D digital twin engine based on WebGL/Unity3D, which replicates the structure and energy efficiency dynamics of centrifuges on a 1:1 scale. It supports the superposition of virtual sensor data and energy efficiency thermal map analysis. Additionally, the platform provides multi-terminal visual dashboards for PC and mobile devices, features a built-in industry energy efficiency standard database, and can automatically generate compliance reports and energy-saving recommendations, facilitating users in making rapid decisions.
