Trace of Gold

Trace of Gold is a personal world-building project inspired by Tibetan shamanic culture. The story takes place in an ancient village where people live in deep reverence for nature. One day, a mysterious golden substance descends upon the land. It brings abundance to the soil and prosperity to the village, and the people believe it to be a divine blessing.

However, the golden crystals soon begin to spread like a disease—destroying buildings, turning fertile ground into barren wasteland, and driving the villagers into madness.

The protagonist, Nassan, is a hunter who sets out to uncover the origin of this golden plague and destroy it, determined to restore the beauty and harmony of her homeland.
