Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing Jingguang Industrial Park

Located on the south side of Jinsheng Road in Suzhou Industrial Park, the project is an industrial magnetic field for developing new space, promoting new economy and gathering new talents. In view of the goal of enhancing intensive land resources and promoting the high-end development of the industry, the industrial park will mainly focus on scientific and technological innovation, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, high-end equipment and other fields, and strive to build an internationally leading, domestic first-class high-tech comprehensive park with demonstration significance.

Based on the "smart electric current" design concept and multi-dimensional technological innovation, the design creates a new generation of industrial landmark integrating intelligent manufacturing, R & D office and ecological sharing. The overall park planning uses a windmill layout to enclose a large courtyard, the surrounding volumes are well arranged, and the terraced design at the top forms a green valley in the air, which is a metaphor for the infinite kinetic energy of the intelligent manufacturing industry from the basic to the high-end development. With the vertical "smart electric current" pattern as the motif, the plants are arranged in an orderly manner, highlighting the sense of science and technology and the sense of the future of the industrial park. Located at the main interface of the city, the office building is at the heart of the park and acts as a "processor" to activate the entire park.

The project adopts a vertical composite development model, and the high-standard 6-8 story plants can realize the intensive layout of "industrial production in multi-story buildings". BIM technology is used to optimize load distribution and equipment pipeline integration. The load-bearing capacity of the first floor can reach 2T/㎡, the load of the standard floor is 1T/㎡, the height of the first floor is 7.5-8.5 meters, and the height of the standard floor is 5.4 meters, which can meet the needs of heavy equipment production in multi-story buildings. The park also designs a 3-story large production plant with a single-floor area of about 5,000㎡. The 9x12m large column mesh space adapts to the flexible production line layout.
