Transformed by INSPACE INTERIOR DESIGN, SILOAH ARTISTIC RETREAT stands as a luxurious, art-infused sanctuary—the only high-end hotel in Matsu with 60 guest rooms, setting it apart from typical homestays. The design flawlessly blends modern functionality with historical charm and classical elegance, with art serving as the unifying theme throughout.
Inspired by Matsu’s maritime spirit, the design incorporates the mesmerizing “Blue Tears” phenomenon and the rhythmic pulse of ocean waves. These natural elements are subtly woven into the decor and soft furnishings, creating an immersive marine ambiance. Every detail—from the inviting lobby to each refined guest room—is meticulously crafted, turning the space into a dynamic art gallery that preserves historical traces while exuding contemporary luxury and comfort.
The guest rooms feature classical lines, ornate carvings, and carefully selected furnishings that harmonize with modern amenities, offering an unparalleled experience of elegance. In the public areas, a historic pipe organ—over a century old and reimagined with fresh arrangements of Taiwanese classics and indigenous melodies—takes center stage in the lobby and banquet hall.
