This project is situated in Nanjing's Hexi district, nestled along the picturesque Yangtze River. Its name, “Tianqin,” derives from Lyra, the brightest constellation in the northern galaxy, symbolizing the pursuit of ultimate refinement and the aspiration to observe and understand the world from an elevated perspective.The Tianqin series reflects ITG Real Estate's vision of creating residences that seamlessly harmonize with nature, expand horizons, foster knowledge, and celebrate diversity. QSD’s design approach incorporates soft tones and the dynamic interplay of light and shadow, awakening the senses through its refined aesthetic.By layering intricate and meticulously crafted details, the design invites deeper exploration, subtly evoking emotions and capturing the poetic essence of luxury. When the city lights begin to glow and neon signs shimmer, the moment of returning home after a day spent navigating the bustling arena of fame and fortune should be one of relaxation. It doesn’t call for overly luxurious or ornate decorations but rather a continuation of timeless heritage, weaving a new chapter uniquely belonging to the owner. The living space is envisioned as a harmonious extension of the meandering riverscape visible through the windows. At its heart lies an Italian-imported Baxter leather sofa, embracing a sense of relaxed comfort through its graceful curves and exquisite quilted craftsmanship. Complementing this centerpiece is a mirrored metal coffee table with intricately carved textures, seamlessly blending an air of refined elegance into the everyday rhythms of life. A dual-layered stone dining table serves as the centerpiece, backed by a multifunctional wine cabinet reminiscent of a treasure chest.
