Upon entering the living room through the foyer, one is greeted by the luxurious scale of the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, reflecting the true essence of life. The space naturally evokes a sense of relaxation, akin to a daily retreat, while resonating with the spirit of an exclusive, high-level lifestyle.

As the heart of the open-plan layout, the living room’s design focuses on blending openness with comfort. Grounded in the fundamentals of residential life, the layout starts from a free-flowing, open space that satisfies both functional and aesthetic needs. Soft sofas, modern artworks, and high-quality rugs together create a space that is both suitable for social interaction and intimate in its privacy.

The walls are finished in simple, elegant tones to enhance the warmth and tranquility of the room, while light, as a crucial element of visual expression, breathes life into the space.

The expansive island seamlessly connects the living room and dining area. The triangular layout ensures that each space remains independent yet interconnected, forming a practical and efficient flow for everyday life. The four bedrooms all feature en-suite designs, with a grand scale that further highlights the timeless elegance of the residence through a rich living experience.
