In this residential space design project, the design team demonstrated skillful use of the original window position to create a well-planned layout. This thoughtful arrangement successfully brought in abundant natural light and a view of greenery, resulting in a cheerful and inviting living space for the residents. Additionally, the choice of warm materials and color palettes contributed to the creation of a cozy atmosphere, offering a welcoming retreat for residents returning home from their busy schedules. Furthermore, the design not only takes into account the preferences and routines of the residents but also prioritizes the activity needs of their pets. By strategically organizing the functional areas, the team succeeded in constructing a harmonious living environment where both pets and residents can thrive comfortably.

The designers have chosen to use a calming sand color and incorporate curved elements as the foundation of the space. The warm sunlight filtering into the room adds a touch of comfort and allure. To maximize the influx of natural light, the design team preserved a straight corridor that links the living and dining areas and opted for the use of rainbow glass for the back wall of the cabinets on one side of the room. Upon entering the kitchen area, the eye is drawn to the original wooden tables that serve as dining tables, imparting a natural and rustic texture that enhances the dining experience. Thoughtful placement of furniture has resulted in a spacious and unobstructed walking area for the residents. Furthermore, the team has meticulously incorporated a space specifically tailored for a pet playroom, enclosed by transparent glass. This not only maintains the open feel of the space but also allows residents to keep an eye on their pets at all times.

As moving gradually into the private space, one will notice that the design team ingeniously utilized the TV wall to create a division between the sleeping area and the dressing room. This clever use of space resulted in the formation of a distinctly rich and independent functional area within the limited space available.
